So true! I also realized that pattern as I'm trying to achieve more goals: better physique, new habits, personal project,...

I tried doing 1 goal/month, well planned and everything.

Guess what? I didn't do shit. If my goal needs 30% effort, I'd put like 5-10% on it. (tbh it's close to 0%)

So this time I tried to cramp everything all at once which I thought was the craziest thing to do.

Plan: 5 goals in a month and boom 2-3 goals done!!! The other two were neglected (and people told me I bit too much than I could chew), but who cares 'cause damn it's better than nothing!
